TrueFWD Labs builds focused, single-purpose iPhone apps — the kind that do one thing properly and then get out of your way. What you log stays on your device. The apps we ship today have no backend at all — there is nothing of yours on our side to lose.

How we build
Three rules we don't bend.
On-device by default
What you log is written to your iPhone. None of the apps we publish send it to a server of ours, which means there is nothing of yours for us to lose, sell, or hand over.
No AI behind your back
No app we publish sends what you enter to a model. That is a rule about consent, not a refusal of the technology: if an app ever offers an AI feature, it will be clearly labelled, off until you switch it on, and explained before you do.
No accounts, no lock-in
No sign-up wall, no password to forget, no subscription treadmill on an app that should just work. Your data stays yours and stays exportable.

About TrueFWD Labs
TrueFWD Labs LLC is an independent app development studio working exclusively on Apple platforms. We design, build, and support every app in-house — no outsourced backend, no growth team, and nothing you log is ever sold or handed to a data broker.
The name is the brief: true forward. Ship the smallest thing that genuinely helps, keep it honest, and move it along. Ruffly is the first of five apps currently in design.
